    I purchased a Ring Doorbell, battery operated for a business after getting a wired Ring Doorbell 2 for my home. I didn’t realize that there was no plug in chime included in the battery operated one. Another trip back to the store to purchase the Ring Chimes. After a 1 hour attempt to sync it, I left it for someone else. She spent two hours on the phone with Ring Doorbell and finally got it synched. It should not be that difficult.

    Great item to over ride existing doorbell. Just install the doorbell chime to use instead of wiring the old doorbell.
