Works great and easy to install. All you have to do is plug it in.

The Ring Chime works well so far. We have only had it a couple weeks. We are having some problems with it staying connected to our WiFi but that could be a WiFi problem not a Ring Chime problem....unsure. It’s loud enough that I can hear it on my second floor.

We purchase 3 of these chime and love it. It was easy to install.

The first chime I bought didn't work. I had to return it and get a replacement. The second one worked as advertised, very easy setup and a great addition to the ring doorbell, as I do not have a hard wired doorbell.

Very happy since they came out with this WiFi RING bell as it extends the reach of the entry door Chime, thus allowing you to have one on your patio, master bedroom or wherever you wish. Does not work unless you have the master RING Doorbell installed, it is an add-on remote chime.

We have two in the house to alert us when our Ring Door Bell is pushed or there is motion. You can hear the alerts throughout the house and can adjust the volume if needed. These sync to the RING app and they replaced our ugly old door bell chime hanging in the middle of our wall.

Literally plug and play operation. Connected to the app on the phone and the chime sound and volume can be changed through the app easily. Great sound, we can hear it anywhere in the house.

This Chime goes perfect with the Ring Doorbell! It is loud and only takes up one plug on the wall. I don’t understand why I didn’t purchase this with my Ring Doorbell originally.

Easy solution. Works well and was very easy to set-up. An added bonus was the Halloween related ring tones that were available to play inside the house every time the doorbell was rung. Easy to change with the phone app.

I use it for my Ring Outdoor Cameras and when motion is detected, it will chime the camera. I only use it for the cam in back with an alleyway. Great choices of “tunes” too.

Bought this along with a Ring Doorbell 2 since my old house never had a doorbell. Easy to install and pair with doorbell. Also has tons of sound choices to choose from.

I didn't hardwire my Ring doorbell to my existing doorbell, it sits too low for my liking. I feel this chime is a must for anyone that does this. Otherwise you must depend on your phone to alert you. The chime alerts as soon as the motion is detected to the doorbell pressed where my phone has about a 30 second delay. You can choose the sound it makes, which there are several to choose from. I like the dogs barking for the doorbell press. I'm very very happy with this purchase and would definately recommend it to everyone. Disclaimer: I live in a small condo and this can be heard in every room but when you are close to it, it's not super loud that it hurts your ears.

The Chime is what got me to buy the Ring, because I couldn't put my Ring where the doorbell was and use the doorbell power and chimes. The Chime gets the signal via wifi and sounds when someone is at the door, and you can put them anywhere you have an open power outlet.

I bought this chime for our ring doorbell that wasn’t working with our house chime. Works great, is easy to set up and loud enough to be heard throughout our house. There is some lag between when the app alerts you and when the chime rings though.

This is a very convenient device. I have multiple family members in my household and not everyone has the Ring app downloaded. This serves as a nice alternative to ensure everyone can hear the doorbell if they are in the home. I purchased this right before Halloween. I'm glad I did because the app then gave me the option of changing the ringtone to match the season (e.g creaking door, cackling witch, scary organ music etc). I was also able to download other ringtones. Currently Our motion sector sound is that of a train engine which my young son thinks is absolutely awesome. You can keep the ringtone to stay as the default "Ring" sound too. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase and synching it with everything was easy too.
