    I like this product for letting you know someone is at the door. Although if you have echos those will alert you as well. The issue I have with it is updating the chimes noises it often says it fails to update.

    The doorbell worked for about 9-10 months and then just stopped. Ring support couldn’t figure out why. Ended up having to get a newer model.

    The chime is perfect for anybody without a hard wired door bell. The ring camera doorbell lead you to believe that this was required to have a house bell. When I installed the ring bell my existing doorbell worked making this unnecessary.

    It was not easy to setup. Also, it has intermittent disconnect even though strong wifi signal at its location. When it works, it is great. Very good selection of chimes.

    I found that the Ring Chime works like any other wireless doorbell system. It rings the same 3 tone chime as the Ring doorbell when the doorbell button is pressed. I'm disappointed that alternative tones can't be programmed into the chime.

    IF YOU ARE GOING TO PAY $30.00 FOR A SIREN YOU NEED TO MAKE IT LOUDER. I MEAN IT IS GREAT IT CAN LINK UP WITH THE RING DOOR BELL CAMERA BUT THE DOORBELL CHIME IS NOT THAT LOUD. ALSO THE DOG BARKING IS VERY NOT VERY CLEAR EITHER.

    Worked when the Ring worked but it was boring. Ring was not a great product -bandwidth was a problem yet my 11 cameras, 4 Wemo, 2 Amazon Echo and lots of other stuff works just fine. If you have to go wireless the product works.
