Had to purchase this chime because we needed to hear the chime in a back room and couldn't hear the two others we have in the house. The only issue here is cost for what this is.

Can’t say I love it..mostly wanted to add a doorbell sound in the back of my house connected to my Ring device, but the selection of tones is disappointing. Seems to work ok otherwise.

I had to purchase this product separately because the ring doorbell didn't come with one. I feel that it should have been included, but if you want to hear he bell inside of the house, then I recommend you buying it.

I bought this to replaced the old ring chime Was damaged eith no explanation and stop working 2nd try with ring I hope this time will be better

This accessory goes along with the ring doorbell. It notifies when someone is at the door. Then you have to run to your mobile device to see who is there assuming you want to answer.

Can only be heard in the area where it is located. I can’t hear it in the kitchen or bedroom. I either need to buy several more or constantly carry my phone!

not a must have but it helps you hear announcements if your away from your phone . I upgraded to the next model that has a wifi booster

Sometimes it doesn’t chime, I’m not sure if it was internet problems or the chime itself but it’s cool otherwise, has a lot of different chimes

The chime worked well but when is added another camera I needed additional wifi signal strength. I returned the chime for the chime pro wifi extender. Both work very well!!

It worked well. Haven’t had any problems as of yet. I don’t’ hear it ringing, so I must keep a device with me in case someone rings.

The device works unfortunately if you are not standing in front of it you can’t hear it. My iPad sounds louder than this.

The chime needs to have a louder volume. Also, the ring is sometimes delayed. The video to phone time is delayed quite a bit. It's good data to have when it works properly.

This device did not live up to expectations. Frequently drops WiFi connection. Besides, I can use my Echos as a doorbell chime, so I may return this.

I think I should have bought a different accessory, the Internet connection is very weak. I probably should have bought the Ring Pro. My mistake.

Had a few issues getting it to pair could be the device or the wifi signal not being strong enough. Once it was set up didn't have any issues.

It took setting it up three times before we got it to work with the doorbell on the front door. Then it quits working after a few days, and you have to go through the same thing trying to get it to actually sync with the doorbell. I can get the app to ring the bell on a test basis. It just will not stay connected with the doorbell. The app on your phone or Ipad is the best way to make sure you here the bell.

I bought it so my roommates would know someone was at the door. I have to make sure it is online or my phone is on for it to work.

Very well built like the operation. Once set up it work as designed. Has help me Not to answer door.

Unlike the Ring 2, this at least functions well...but given the unreliability of the main unit, this item is simply an add on to a substandard system.

This chime is a nice accessory if it actually worked. This worked for the first week and then all of a sudden stopped working.
