I contacted Ring team but no solution for me. I have an excellent network at home, all my devices are well connected but to connect this one, it's a nightmare.

The first one absolutely refused to connect with our network with the modem 7 feet away. This one won't connect either. The Ring 2 Doorbell easily connected to the very same network that the chimes cannot connect to.

I went back and read the description when I got it. I sent this back. Make sure you have all of the pieces to make this work. Too much money for 1 piece. I ordered a complete doorbell set with all of the components for the same amount of money from BestBuy.

It has been 7 months!!!! I have called and put up with so many incompetencies. Time after time, they send the crew out here and it STILL is not correct. I spoke to Blake this morning and he said he was told all was working, but it is not. I was supposed to get a manual and instructions and I have not. I bought the system with the guarantee that I would get instruction. They send people out here that have no idea what they are doing. They tell me that they are not qualified to do the camera system and they leave. When they installed some of the cameras, they left a mess. They send people from Geek Squad here delivering appliances when they are not supposed to be delivered. This whole experience has been AWFUL!
