These chimes are great, though I wish they did come standard with the Ring Doorbell cameras. The setup is quick and easy and you can place them in whichever outlet you want to make sure you can hear either motion at your door, or if someone rings the doorbell. You can get set a snooze on the alerts, and quickly turn them on or off from the app if you'd like. You can also customize the alerts to many different sounds, though I like the standard alert sounds for both motion and doorbell rings.

When I am in my office, cannot hear if someone ring the doorbell. This little device solves that problem at a very reasonable price. Just plug into the nearest outlet. Easy to pair.

the chime provides additional coverage for the ring doorbell via the home wifi network. we purchased 2 placing one in the basement recreation room and the other by the door to our backyard deck. they work quite well

It was a plug in and easy setup ! I love the fact that you can choose different sounds for doorbell and motion.

I have two of these and they are on separate wireless networks. There is a delay on one like 30 seconds after the ring. My guess is its on a slow network. Otherwise they work as advertised.

Extremely easy set up. Volume is sufficient to hear in another room, and multiple sound options.

Works very well once set up. However installation requires basic electrician knowledge. If you never installed an in-wall electric switch, you will need help. Connection to wi-fi is easy but if installation is away from the source of wi-fi, home walls will get in the way. I had to reposition my wi-fi spot to connect without losing the video. Had to reboot now twice to make it work. However customer service is very good and trouble shooting has been easy. Highly recommend getting Ring chime as it is not compatible with many other brands of chimes. Setting up and pairing the chime is very easy. Overall good product well executed but not plug and play.
