We bought the Ring Chime when we bought our RING video doorbell. It just plugs into a wall plug in your house. You can change Ring chimes for different seasons or when you are going to be away from your home.

Works great. I had problems hearing my doorbell if my phones and tablets were on mute. Or if my kids walked off with the tablets. So I bought this and it works great. At first I bought the chime with wifi extender. It didn't work well in our house and situation, so I returned it and bought this instead. This works great. I can hear it upstairs when it is on the first floor. I also can hear it on the opposite side of the house. I love all of the ring products. Doesn't hesitate to purchase this.

Amazing product works well with my ring doorbell camera. Has the option to turn on/off doorbell and motion sound.

Easy set up and it is loud enough to hear throughout first floor. My wife loves it. We are buying a second one for upstairs.

Lots of ring choices. We use three of these (two for main door, one for other door; can have different rings for each door). We usually don't carry our phones around the house, so these work well at letting us know there is motion or a button press (different alerts for each event).

I have this chime set up in our basement as it is difficult to hear the doorbell fro upstairs. This product works great and serves its purpose well. Many times I am watching movies in our theater room, playing PS4, or just working on my PC in the basement. You have the options on what type of chime you want to hear plus volume. Very happy with this purchase. Connectivity is strong and great. I have not had it disconnect once yet to our Asus router.

Use this with the Ring doorbell to alert you. Separate ringer tones for doorbell vs motion. I love the barking dogs for motion as my three dogs react too with barking and will scare away any deviants. Some tones louder vs quieter so you can set up to your taste. I can hear mine upstairs in master bedroom when working with TV or music on.

Quick and easy set up. The location of our original doorbell was not at the optimal location for our ring doorbell. We had to install in a place where we can view our walk way. This chime made it possible for anyone in the house to hear the doorbell ring, even when my phone was with me while I was away. Highly recommend for those who were not able to hard wire their ring doorbell and connect to their doorbell chime inside.

I was surprised when I went to replace the intercom doorbell in our home that there was no doorbell chime! I surely didn't want to hard wire/install a doorbell chime or pay for someone to do it. Thankfully the Ring video doorbell had a solution. Most video doorbells require a wired connection to set off a doorbell sound in your house. This little chime plugs into any outlet and creates an instant doorbell chime...very convenient

I bought the ring chime as I was having trouble hearing the ring doorbell from parts of the house. During Halloween they had special 'spooky' sounds which was fun. I'm probably going to need another one for my bedroom. it worked adequately. I am a little upset that I needed to buy one at all. I was hoping the unit itself would be sufficient. There is a delay too, so the alerts come a few seconds after the doorbell is rung, which is just enough time for me to miss the person at the door on my phone.

This was the only missing piece to the Ring doorbell. Essential to get real time notice if you are in the house of the doorbell ringing because sometimes the phone ring notification has a delay.
