FYI: During home install found out the ATT sales person misinformed about ATT Digital Life's doorbell and I ended up installing the Ring system which means I have to log onto 2 different apps to check security and doorbell. The Ring Chime relies on your home WiFi connection. There is a delay from the doorbell button to the ring. Also can sound an alert when someone is at the door. Would be nice if there were more ring sound options.

I had a old school threechime doorbell that made the most creepy ring. I had just started my smart home addiction and after doorlocks, cameras, Alexa’s, lights, and a doorbell it was a golden opportunity to retire the ancient doorbell. I have one of these on each floor and they work great. There is a great selection of rings including holiday themes and for barks etc.

Exactly as pictured and described. Chime is loud enough. Can be placed anywhere. Easy to set up

The Ring Chime is such a no-brainer I'm surprised it doesn't come with the Ring out of the box. When someone rings the Ring Doorbell, your phone will chime, but without a Chime device in your house you will have no audible notification outside of your phone. The setup is fast and easy, but the sound is pretty soft, even at the loudest setting. If you have a two story house, or your home is very wide, I expect you'll want two of these.

We hardwired the ring doorbell into the electrical system, but did not use the old doorbell ringer. Added this unit which is so easy to install into the existing ring system. Just plug into electrical outlet, let charge than add to ring system with cell phone. Can change the chimes as well. If going outside, unplug and plug into outlets outside.

The Ring Chime makes it easy to hear when motion is detected at the front and back. Located in our kitchen it is easy to hear all through the cabin. In addition to being notified when vehicles and/or people have arrived we have also got to see some wildlife wander by which we could have missed.

The Ring chime works in conjunction with the Ring Video Doorbell (RVD). It is easy to get installed after the Ring Video Doorbell is up and running. You add it through the Ring App. If you have problems you can contact Ring and their support will assist you in getting the chime working. The Ring support are first rate!!!!

Once I improved my Wi-Fi signal and coverage, this product is great for hearing the Ring doorbell in various areas of the house. I bought two, one for the first floor and one for the second floor. Great ring options and we've had flawless performance when someone hits the Ring button. Considering the low cost of this product, I may get more units.

If you have a larger home, this item is perfect so that you can hear the door bell ring no matter where you are in your home. Perfect for two story houses.

Bought the chime to add a little extra for the holidays for the kids. Works great and having control of the volume is nice when the kids are taking naps

Ring needs some extra Chimes when someone rings from the outside. This works well in an wifi enabled house and also is easy to setup with any Wifi Device.

I located the chime on the second floor of my home so I can be alerted of motion and when someone rings my doorbell. Works great!!
