The chime sets up easily and gave us doorbell indication on our 3rd floor. Works great.

We installed Ring products after Xmas. Couldn't be happier with the Ring Chime. Liked it so much I bought the Ring Chime Pro for another part of my house. Installed in a few minutes. Video is very straight forward. It has a very small footprint leaving plenty of room for a large plug above the Rind Chime.

After about a year I was having hard wire issues with the ring doorbell. There was a short in the wiring that created a constant buzzing sound. Instead of buying a new one or rewiring my internal doorbell system I just added this option for less than $25 and the problem is solved. Thanks!

This was a great buy. Many options to choose from. Very easy to install and use. Perfect sound volume.

I replaced my existing doorbell with a Ring Pro. I spend a lot of time in my finished basement and the Ring Chime was a perfect device to add so the doorbell could easily be heard downstairs. The main mechanical chime was just not loud enough to always here. Simple to setup and works great!

Make life a lot easier with the chime. Just in case you leave you phone in another location or their are other individuals in the home that do not have access to the phone notification. Very easy to pair and set up.

My house is a 2 story and I was looking to enhance my Ring pro & the existing door bell if nobody is downstairs or if we're in the backyard I can locate it to an outlet outside or near the back of the house it works awesome and have had no issues with it. I'd certainly recommend it

I love this chime doorbell. It goes perfect with my Ring doorbell. This is a must have for your house.

If you don't use your wired door bell, you will definitely want this product

I love the Ring Video doorbell, but I am having issues with the settings (it goes off every time a car drives by and I can't get the shorter settings to stick). But the Chime is fabulous. I have one on each floor so I always know when someone is by my front door. You can change the sounds, but you can't set the door bell sound to ding dong. Kind of obvious to me so that's disappointing.

Bought to go along with the ring doorbell and our existing chime. It is very loud and perfect for the second floor

I bought the ring door bell but was having trouble with it ringing my mechanical door bell. Instead of buying a new door bell, I bought 2 of these for each end of the house so I always here the door bell now. I can even unplug one if I want to take a nap and don't want to hear the bell by the bedroom.

It's great when you don't have your phone handy or when someone is home and doesn't have access to the ring app.

Perfect addition to the Ring system. I did not always hear my phone chiming when the Ring camera was activated or when someone rang the door bell. Easy to connect to internet. Plugged right into the socket. Easy Peasy.

I added a Doorbell Pro to my new house but I could not use the digital chime that came with the home. Adding this Ring Chime was super easy and more convenient because now I can place the chime where it's easier for the whole house to hear the doorbell.

I was expecting to drill holes to mount the Chime, and that it would be a large item difficult to place in the room. In fact the Chime is small and simply plugs into an outlet. Kudos to the company for a well designed simple-to-use product.

this is a must have if you own a Ring doorbell, besides the notification you receive on your phone with this you also get an audible notification in your home.

The chime works great with the Ring doorbell. I have a couple of things that I would love to see changed in the doorbell, but the chime itself works great as best as I can tell, especially since my wife doesn't have the app on her phone and this is the only way she knows when someone rings the doorbell.
