Easily hooks up to the ring doorbell. There have been a few times when the bell has not rung when the button was pushed outside. I assume it could be a wifi issue. Overall, it does work well, easily hooks up to the system, and i got it on sale at a great price. If you do not have a pre existing doorbell system this is worth the purchase.

This is what I was looking for .. it is really louder and easy to connect to the camera.. really recommend

The ring video doorbell is the best product I ever bought but the service at Best Buy was by far the worst they refused to tell me anything about how to install it I figured it out after purchasing it it took 5 minutes to install when I boss the time to go with it they had no idea how to use it or what it was for they were rude the geeks horrible and this is from the best story I've ever shop that the service at Westfield Culver City has gone from the best to the worst

Easy to add to another room so you can hear the doorbell wherever you are in the house. I may buy another one!

Chime is a great with the Ring Doorbell. Helpful to hear motion chime or doorbell throughout the house. Great experience thus far with Ring and Chime, we purchased a second Ring for our back porch for peace of mind. All purchased in store at Best Buy. Very happy with Ring company, tech assistance and the products. Highly recommend.

This product works great with the Ring Doorbell and WI-fi extender. We have always had the problem of not hearing the doorbell in the back of our home - especially in my office. I installed this chime and turned the volume up and we can now hear the doorbell in all the back rooms! It even does a movement chime that is audible throughout too. Great product!

We were unable to hard wire our Ring Door Bell to our home so we were happy to know Ring supplies a ringer to their wireless door bell. It is easy to setup and it also gives you multiple options for rings and alerts for door bell and motions. I actually am glad to use this than our home ringer. Must have if you like options for your door bell.

Really need at least one but would recommend getting several so that you'll know if someone is at your door if you don't have your smartphone on you.

We had difficulty hearing the doorbell sound when in the master bathroom. After purchasing the Ring video doorbell pro, it was a no-brainer that getting this device will resolve that issue. Installation was super easy, all you have to do was plug it and connect it to your home WIFI through the mobile application. We placed this device in the master bathroom and now, we are able to hear and know when someone is at the front door regardless of the place we are in the house. It is a great addition and we love it. Highly recommended without reservation.

If your buying a ring doorbell, which are wonderful!!! You need to buy this, it will allow you to have the ringer heard through out your house. Even if you have a old system you replaced with ring, this is great as most houses dont have the speakers throughout the house.

Installation to system was very easy! Adjustable Chime sounds, plus you can take it to each room that you go into, so you can hear it ring easier. Great piece for the price!

I purchased this so I could here my door bell when I'm in my media room upstairs. I can take it anywhere there is a outlet. I can change the tone and it is easy to pair with my ring video doorbell.

Bought this to augment the notification we get on our cell phones when there is motion or a ring. Very easy to set-up - and the chime can be placed anywhere there is an electric outlet - i.e. upstairs or in the basement. A good addition if the Ring device isn't hard wired - which allows it to use your current doorbell set-up.

I mainly ordered this so that we could hear the bell in the back part of the house. Now that the products are installed, I understand better that it does serve the purpose for which it was purchased. However, most of the time my telephone alerts me of the motion before the chime rings from the doorbell. It is most helpful for my husband who can hear the chime over the sound of his treadmill when he is exercising.
