It's really nice to actually hear when someone is walking up to the house or ringing the doorbell. Many times my phone is not near me and without the doorbell chime I would not hear them walking up or ringing the doorbell unless my phone was nearby.

Works great, the ring doorbell system fixed our problem of living in a 3 story house.

I love my Ring Video Doorbell. Adding a Ring Chime to the setup was a no brainer. The chime compliments the doorbell and Stick Up Cam perfectly. Even if my phone is muted, I still hear an audible alert when motion is detected or the doorbell is rung.

I like the selection of chimes sounds. They have sleigh bells and Santa.

I purchased this chime, bc I self installed my ring and I didn’t connect or change any wiring and this helped me hear when someone rang my ring doorbell, if I didn’t have my phone nearby.

The chime permits you to hear your video doorbell even if you are upstairs at the back of your home or anywhere outdoors on your property (within the parameters of your Wi-Fi). Since installing the chime we have not missed anyone ringing our front doorbell.

Our previous doorbell was located near the front of the house and was hard to hear it in the back of the house. This bell plugs into any outlet in the house. We put it closer to the back of the house and you can hear it from anywhere in the house.

This is a great product. But I had to purchase it. My doorbell didn't work with the pro so I had to purchase this and it work great. But wasn't expecting much to pay an additional 30 bucks for something that should have worked with my wired doorbell. Oh well

I ordered the chime to make sure I don’t miss hearing the doorbell when I am upstairs. I just plugged it in and synced it to my wi go and it works perfectly. It’s loud, clear and can be used in any extra outlets in your home. A must have!

One of the best security products we have used. Provides a great sense of security.

Max volume is okay when the room is quiet. Changing chime has a slow response.

The little chimes are easy to install & configure and you can use several throughout the house (I currently have 4). Multiple chime tones are available.

We have a babysitter and this is the perfect addition to our ring set up. This allows our sitter to know there is someone at the door when our devices are not in the home. It was super easy to set up and connect together.

I received a Ring doorbell and needed a way to mount something in the house that was stand alone and didn't need wiring. This plugs into a wall outlet anywhere within range of your wireless network in your house and fit what was needed. It does however occasionally drop off the network for no reason that I can figure out. The wireless router is only about 20 feet away from the device and the Ring doorbell is 20 feet past that. The doorbell stays connected well and is further than the chime. I'm not even sure if it actually does disconnect, the phone app reports it as disconnected all the time and I haven't been able to test it when it says it's disconnected. Other than that little glitch it seems to work very well and can be moved wherever it's needed if you want to do that.

Should of purchased this awhile ago to go along with my Ring 2 doorbell. Now I don’t have to rely on my phone if not handy to let me know someone is at the door. Nice that you can change the tone as well.

We are very pleased with the Ring system and added these chimes, one on the main floor and one upstairs. I work from my home office and feel much safer knowing that someone is either out front or at the back deck. The chimes are a soft sound.

I like the device and how it compliments the door bell. Easy install.

Received a ring doorbell as a gift. I installed it and the only way to tell if someone pressed it was to have your phone on you. Did some research and found the chime. Plugged it in and added with the app and the only issue I've had is sometimes it disconnects from the wifi

Normally u could only hear the ring on the doorbell downstairs. With this I can put a chime upstairs or in the hallway and not miss anything. Love the Ring system

I always had a problem hearing my ring door bell in my family room if I didn’t have my phone on me. Not anymore! This chime works great, now I don’t miss people at my front door. Very easy to set up!
