My kids could hear our old door bell upstairs but I've never been able to. The Ring chime is an accessory for the Ring doorbell camera. It's a must if you want to hear the doorbell throughout the house.

I love this. This is able to let me see who’s at my door when my son goes in and out of house and keeps an eye on him. Also captures events u wish didn’t have to be captured.

This works only if you have a ring doorbell or the pro ring doorbell. But the set up was really easy and it works great . Does what it's suppose to do. You can change the chimes in it . I would be purchasing another one for my upstairs . Since I put this one downstairs .

The Ring Chime is a great add-on because it enables us to hear the doorbell aa well as others approaching the door while in the basement, upstairs, or garage if you don't have your cell phone nearby.

Instead of hard wiring, using the Ring Chime makes installing it much easier. Has a nice tone. ALso, it's almost half the cost of buying thru the Ring website.

We love everything about our custom home except the range of the doorbell. We couldn't hear the doorbell when in the master bedroom. With this extension, we can now hear the doorbell from anywhere in the house.

This product is really not necessary, but it lets you add a chime anywhere in the house. Anyone in the house can hear when the doorbell is ringing, instead of just the person with the app.

Chime comes with a handful of customizable rings and motion alerts. Easy to set up to my Ring Doorbell. My Ring replaced a broken conventional doorbell so the Chime was a must to make the Ring complete.

I have this doorbell outside on the lanai so when we are outside, this doorbell will notify us if anyone is at the front door. It’s further from the the modem but still works fine.

If you want a Ring doorbell, this is a must. While it is nice having the notifications on your smartphone, being able to hear in the house when someone is at the door is only available with this purchase. Set up was a little slow, but other than that, it is a good buy.

bought this product and installed it upstairs to my 2-story home. sometimes i don't hear someone is at my front door when i am upstairs in my room so i bought this addition to my doorbell. works every time.

Makes a pleasant warning and notification sound. Lets you know when packages are dropped off, when there is movement or visitors around the house.

This is an instant install and anyone can do it. The doorbell works perfectly and we have the ability to set different chimes - great invention. Easy as 1-2-3!

Easy setup, functions well. Turned out I didn't really need this as we have Amazon Echo Dots, and can enable the skill but worth having in case the Dots have any issue.

Perfect solution that allows me to hear the doorbell when I am in a room that is far away from my main chime. Plug and play. Simple as that!

I installed a ring to replace a broken doorbell. Using your phone is fine but when you have a house sitter that isn’t tech savvy this fits the bill.

Took too many tries to connect to the network. Was very frustrating. However, after install works great. Even with these problems I may get a second one to locate in a different part of the house.

This is a great add-on for the ring video doorbell if you have a big house and would like to be able to hear the doorbell in a location that is far from your front door.
