The Ring Chime works seamlessly with the Ring Video Doorbell and there is no real delay between the doorbell being rung and the chime from the Ring Chime.

Chime needed to hear my Ring Video Doorbell from anywhere in the house without my cell phone. It works great. Not too loud or too soft. Also has a nice tone.

I now can hear the ring doorbell in the back of the house. Then I look on app to see who is there I go to door. Great accessory

Recently purchased the Ring Door Bell, got the chime about a week later. Helps if don't have phone close that someone's at the front door. Nice item. Easy to set up

Does its job to let you know when someone is at the door if your house is large and you are away from the front door. The sound is not loud enough. I have an Amazon echo show which can also connect to the Ring doorbell and can make a sound and show the image from the camera of the doorbell when someone rings it. The echo show can do a lot more than this Ring chime and costs only slightly more (when on sale), this makes it really hard to recommend this product.

These were great as an add on to the Ring Doorbell when they first came out. Ring can now alert you through your Alexa smart speaker so if you have those this is not necessary.
