Works very well, must have with Ring door bell. It rings even if your phone is off and/or you are in a different room! You can put this any room.

It provides both motion notifications as well as chimes. This is really helpful when you don't have your phone with you.

The Chime is the basic doorbell ring only. It is inexpensive and cost less the the Chime Pro connected to the system.
