This is very helpful when in the basement. Able to know when someone is at the front door. Don't need to have cellphone in hand to hear it ring.

Purchased this item after I purchased the Ring doorbell and it works great. If you don't want to hard wire the Ring doorbell the chime is an inexpensive option. All you need to do is use the ring app and connect the Chime to your Ring account through your home WiFi network and the two items are instantly coordinated together. If you have the Ring you need the Chime!!!!

We live in a 2 story home and wanted chimes in case i didn’t have phone nearby. So I purchased 2 of them. Set up through the app was simple and after a month they work with no issues. Before buying I thought they were a little expensive. But after getting them I found they are worth the price.

If you have a Rind video doorbell and you can't here it when someone pushes the button.....this is for you! You can choose the sound of the doorbell (there are even holiday sounds!!) and how loud it is. The Ring really should include it...... but at least there is a solution! Super easy to set up!

This ring chime is a perfect compliment to my ring door bell. Its nice to know that someone is at my door even if I don't have my phone with me. I am able to set it to work if i want to be notified if there is movement at the front of my house or if someone rings the door bell. I also like all of the additional rings you can have it do. Just a great plus!

Live in a two story house. This was purchased so that when the doorbell was pressed, we could hear it upstairs. Works perfectly.

The ring chime is a great addition to the ring door bell. It makes it possible to know when someone is at your door when your not by your phone.

I like the customization options and the ability to snooze the Chime temporarily (for an unexpected nap) or set a regular schedule when it is automatically snoozed (for times when people usually sleep on a schedule). It was very easy to setup and control, however it stopped working shortly after install, but after unplugging it and plugging it back in to reset it it has worked fine since with no issue.
