Always show offline in the app
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So yes this helps if your phone ringer is off and they did lower the price from what the original cost when I purchased my ring. The only issue I have is that it always shows offline in the app until I click on it. Another thing is that it's not far from my router. My house is not big at all. The area is 20x10 and open where the router and the ring chime is located. But I always get an offline or connection error with this chime. There's nothing blocking both devices. So if the space between your router and charm is bigger and there are walls expect some of these issues. Overall it helps because I never turn my ringer on and before I purchased this I would miss alerts until I actually picked up my phone. It also helps eliminate all the notifications if u want to turn them off on your phone when you're in the house.
