If you have your door bell wired to your existing door chime box that was built into your house this is a must have. Without it you won’t get audible alert in your house when motion is detected at your door. Sure you will get the alert on your phone but your phone may not always be close by. This will alert you even if they don’t right the door bell

This is good chime. Sound is loud and easy to setup and connect with ring door bell

I needed to get an extra chime because I have two Ring doorbells, but unless you have an extra one, both doorbells use the same ring tone. The only workaround is to have a separate chime for each Ring doorbell, so that each chime can have it's own separate tone. This is a known limitation with Ring. I wish they would upgrade the functionality.

We bought the Chime to extend the WiFi connection of our Ring and it solved the problem. Exactly what we needed. We really enjoy having an instant notification of motion around our front door since we live in the city. The sound of the chimes are adjustable just like a ringtone. Our dogs are now trained to investigate when they hear a chime go off.

If you have a Ring doorbell, you're probably going to want the chime, which does what you think: it chimes whenever somebody rings the doorbell or trips the motion sensor (depending on which options you choose). Since the doorbell itself doesn't ring inside the house, you'll need to have your phone or device with you at all times to make sure you don't miss a notification. I solved that problem by buying the chime and plugging it into an outlet in the kitchen. It's audible throughout the house. Setup is much easier than with the doorbell itself.

Like that we can choose the ring sound. It is loud and easy to link to the doorbell.

Ringer is loud and works great with my ring, great price

Needed a chime for my grandparents after they'd purchased a ring device without one. After adding the device to the app, it sang and chimed and rang. My grandparents are now able to hear when someone rings their ring device. Plugs in straight to any wall outlet, and voila!

This was easy to setup and Is loud enough to hear throughout my 2 level home.

I have this Chime integrated with my Ring doorbell, and replaced an older model Chime with this new one when the old one died. I was delighted to see that they had come out with a newer model, which I love because it sits flatter against the outlet, and doesn't take up nearly as much room as the old one. Functionally, this works just as nicely as the old one.
