Our 1st Gen Chime finally gave out, but I didn't want to purchase the "Pro" (didn't see the need to spend that much for a chime...). As always, Ring designs easy-to-use products, and this Chime is no different.

I bought this device because I didn't just want to get notified via notifications on my phone. It's easy to install and you can adjust the volume of the chime through the Ring app. Overall, very satisfied with my Ring Chime.

this is a good option for homes that dont have a built in chime or as an additional chime. it works well with ring door bell and has many sound options for the chime. one thing that could be better is the volume. a little louder would be better. overall good value.

This was an addition to our other 1st generation Ring Chime. No issues with the other, just needed one in another part of the house. Like the other, this was very easy to add and setup in just a few minutes.

I had to buy a new Ring chime because my old one stopped working, but this one has a sleeker look and is not a bulky as the old one, it was easy to set up and works great.

We put this upstairs in the house and allows us to hear it from our bedrooms when we don't have our phone around us. Also great for the people that live in the house that do not have the app on their phone.

My ring doorbell was hardwired to the house, and one day it stopped working. I purchased the chime, and now I have a doorbell again. It was very easy to install, and works great

We love ring products, it definitely useful because we like to disable the notifications feature on our phone sometimes and you cannot hear the door bell with out it

The Ring Chime is a must have if you want to hear when someone rings the bell. Without it, you will have be glued to your phone to know if someone is sitting outside your front door.

With a multi- floor townhouse, we needed an extra ringer on the top floor. This one fit the need. Easy to set up. Is working fine.

I purchased this after I installed my Ring door bell and my old door bell failed to ring. Later I discovered the Ring door will active the old ringer with a setting. However, only I have a smart phone. So the Ring chime works when someone is by the front door so my wife knows someone is at the door.

Incredibly easy to setup and connect. We have a doorbell but everyone always used the chime-less Ring. Now, no more missed rings!

Super easy to set up. I don’t know why there isn’t the option to bundle this with a Ring doorbell if you know you’re not planning to hardwire. I’m glad I have this so I can hear when people ring my door.

We spend a lot of time outside in the back yard. Connected this to an outlet near our back door. Now when people ring we get a chime we can hear when we are outside.

We have our original door bell hooked up and added this in the kitchen and has been a blessing. We now don't have people calling us and saying "we are at your front door".

Good price, I had gotten the ring wired and needed the Chime, only thing is wish i seen the combo pack for both the chime and ring wired , would had saved some $$$

This product would not stay connected to the internet, and would even disconnect without you even knowing. You had to log into the ring app to see it offline. Other then this issues I would buy it again if they could fix this small issue with it not staying connected to the internet.

We love being able to hear the ring door chime. Old doorbell was weak and frequently could not hear it. This ring chime is excellent and customizable.

Chime is very loud. I c Have it at the other end of the house and it dings every time. Great quality sound. Definately an excellant addition to my ring.

I needed this because I live in a two story home , and plugging this into the hallway upstairs help hear it upstairs. Alexia let me know when someone is downstairs with my ring and this helps for upstairs.
