Very easy to use and eliminates the need to wire into a previous doorbell. The previous owner of our house tried to McGyver the previous doorbell and, as a result, we were better off just removing it. The Ring Chime completely eliminated our need for it anyway. Love that you can customize the different rings and the setup is very easy. From unboxing to setup, it took 5 mins. Recommended!

This is a really fabulous item. We needed a doorbell chime to go with our Ring doorbell which we could never hear, even in the next room! This is a great item. Easiest installation imaginable! Adjustable volume, choice of chime tones, pick the location you want to install to hear doorbell ring. It's all good! I'm extremely pleased with this purchase!

Easy set up, nice design, blends in with white walls, not hardly noticeable, good sound quality.

The Ring Chime can be plugged into any outlet and can easily be moved to another outlet as needed after it’s connected to wifi. It completed our need for a Ring Doorbell by enabling us to hear the doorbell ring on our upper level. You can select from many ring tones on the app and can set the Chime to detect motion which can be set up to sound a different tone, such as dog barking.

Love my chime! I live in an older home and didn’t want to rewire everything. I love that you can just plug it in and add it on the ring app to sync to my ring doorbell. Works great I love all the options for the sounds. You can even put a different sound for just motion detected in case somebody doesn’t actually ring the doorbell. I used the dogs barking for that function lol

When I purchased the Ring Doorbell I didn't connect it to my parents existing doorbell wiring so I purchased the chime so they could hear the doorbell ring throughout the house. Great purchase! All you need is 1 because its loud enough to hear in the whole house! And they like that they can change the sound types. I'm thinking of turning their whole house into a Ring friendly set up.

We do not have Alexa, so we bought the Ring Chime so we could hear when someone rings the doorbel and not rely totally on our phone. It's easy to use...just plug it to the wall and connect it to your WiFi system. Directions appear on your phone through the Ring App. I like that there are a lot of different sounds to choose from and you can adjust the volume.
