Pleasantly surprised at this item. Didn't know what to expect but within minutes, my son was sweating and having a great time. I gave it four stars only because at $80, it is a little pricey but then most games now a days are $60 and the ring fit is included.

This thing gets the blood flowing. It works. You’ll sweat even on a light workout after 10 min.

I hesitated for the longest time as I thought the Ring Fit as a novelty. Finally got it because of the Black Friday price. Pros: Easy to use, adventure mode keeps you engaged in otherwise boring activities (ex. running in place). Great to use when it's cold or raining outside. When doing the games correctly, it does get your heart rate up and you build up a sweat! Cons: Mini games are repetitive and can get boring quickly. Biggest con for me is that I cannot keep the leg strap on for the life of me. Total buzzkill when you're trying to run and it slips off. Terrible. I'll still stick to my regular exercise/gym schedule, but this is decent when I don't feel like going out for exercise.

Pretty fun! This functions like an actual game with clear objectives that keeps the exercise fun and engaging. You can choose the difficulty based on options that reflect your actual physical ability and mobility. It wont be as hard of a workout as going to an actual gym, but it'll still get you sweating! I burned around 40-60 calories per level based on the game level and my difficulty choice.
