You wouldn't think this would be such a workout, but it is! I honestly break out in a real sweat when I use this. All your muscles are getting worked here.

This was an unexpected positive addition to our house. The kids love the game aspect, and it motivates me too and has me exercising regularly again! I don’t have to put any effort towards planning a workout (unless I want to, and that feature looks neat too). I love how positive the motivation is and it feels so low demand which is important for continued success. It also encourages you to recognize your limits. We all love it.

We bought this about 2 months ago and are still enjoying it almost every day. It helps to trick you into exercising. It keeps you engaged with the story and you have to exercise to continue in the game. It has been a real motivator for myself and my teenage daughter. After quarantining for so long, thank God something helped to get us off the couch! It also allows you to work at your own pace. It allows and even encourages you to take breaks and stay hydrated. The game even offers great tips for getting and staying healthy. I would definitely recommend it!

Ring Fit Adventure is exactly what it strives to be: a workout that has become a game. Always kind and encouraging, it is ideal for any who seek to improve their fitness and need a little motivation. Exercises can be truly difficult and a good workout, but the game does a great job of instructing and providing tips to help with your form. The characters and plot are simple and lighthearted, but there is a steady progression of new skills, exercises, and games to keep you interested. The game helps you feel accomplished while also enjoying a good workout, and you can go at your own pace.

This is great for working out at home! You have fun all while exercising! I definitely recommend if you are trying to get in shape at home.

This was a life savor at the beginning of the pandemic. I found the gameplay a lot more engaging than Wii Fit, along with it being a much more intense workout. Be ready to break a sweat! That said, I stopped playing it after a couple of months because I'm a lazy gamer that just wants to sit on his butt. A better person than I would probably get a lot more value out of this game, but I won't knock it for my own shortcomings. Sorry to let you down Miyamoto. 5/5

We bought this for the kids to get exercise during the winter months it’s been fun and the kids enjoy it and get their heart rate up. Win win

Great fun, whole family likes it, and it actually does give you a workout! Only wish it had a multiplayer option for family workouts somehow.

Fun and intuitive. The ring has held up for a few months so far. The leg strap slips sometimes but over all the game is pretty fun...and tiring.

What a great idea it was to make this game. It is so much fun....just like playing other video games. What makes this so interesting is that I get my exercise while I still get to play a fun and challenging game. If this game does not get your heart racing, you are not doing something right! This incorporates aerobic and anaerobic exercise automatically. I am a young adult and I even have my parents hooked on this! This is a game and exercise for the entire family. It is a well thought out interactive game that keep you fit while still having a blast!
