Just Try It Already
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Personally I’m not fit, so I bought this to add fun to work outs… my god this is insane. I got through the first level in the first world and was exhausted. However, I would recommend it to anyone also wanting to have a little bit of fun while working out if the gym isn’t for you or if you’re hoping to get started on just doing some routine. There are mini games and area specific exercises if you’d rather take your workout head-on. You can also record your personal bests to compare with any friends you have that also play or share the device. It’s fun, it’s working so far, and the only real complaint is the leg strap is too small for my leg so it doesn’t always sit right, but that’s more of an issue for me specifically.

Sneak in some fitness!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After searching high and low for this game (sold out everywhere!) we were stoked to give it a try. It’s as much fun as the trailer makes it look!! It’s a fantastic was to get some exercise without intentionally working out. I was surprised how tired I was after trying it- and I workout daily! A great way to get the whole family involved in fitness. I wish it there was a two player option though. Instead, we created multiple profiles and switch between each to track individual progress.

HIGHLY Recommend!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the only thing that has motivated me to work out. And it REALLY works! I’ve never broken a sweat so intense before using this. HIGHLY recommend. The adventure mode really pushes you to finish the workouts. There are also a collection of different exercises you can do based on the muscle groups you want to focus on. There are also rhythm games!

Surprisingly effective
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Videos make it look easy, but the ring is surprisingly difficult to press in and pull on. It works out your arms and upper body quite a bit. I come from a Pilates background, so I recognize a lot of the stretches and exercises in the game. I'm happy with how legitimate the game is. As with anything, your results correlate with the amount of effort you put in. So you only make this an effective workout routine if you actually try and play it regularly.

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this game as a fun way on get my wifey to start working out. Wasn’t expecting an amazing experience going into it, figured it would be along the lines of wiifit titles. Boy was I wrong! This game is an incredible combination of game and workout. My wife immediately began to enjoy this title and I even created my own profile and joined it. We have fun taking turns and feel the workout every time. Definitely recommend this for anyone wanting a creative and fun home workout.

The greatest thing ever!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Arrived earlier than expected! I am so happy with this purchase. My two children, 9 & 5 have been stuck inside bc of the pandemic and rainy days. I wanted to get something that would incorporate exercise into their daily day but also be something that they WANT to do! This is it!! They have so much fun beating "big bosses" and making smoothes for more power ect! I even get them to drink a big cup of water during to stay hydrated!! Win-win!

Kids and wife love it!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I initially picked this up for my wife for Christmas because she was a huge fan of Wii Fit when that came out. She was struggling with finding the time and motivation to exercise and the Wii Fit was perfect for her. Since we’ve had kids it’s been harder to find the time to get back in the mindset to incorporate exercise into our daily routine. Ring Fit Adventure has been phenomenal in making it both fun and rewarding to work out. The workouts probably aren’t going to be as fulfilling as regular focused workouts are at a gym but if you’re a casual exerciser that is looking for some kind of motivation then Ring Fit Adventure is a good start. If you have kids then you can encourage them to exercise alongside you. We had to make a profile for our 4 year old because he was having so much fun and wanted to try the ring accessory. The equipment you get is both sturdy and with proper care should last you awhile. The ring provides a good amount of resistance when you squeeze and pull it. The leg strap is made with regular elastic and Velcro so it’s nothing special and will more than likely slide down your leg if you start running in place very rapidly. My advice is to place it just above your knee and make it tight but not enough to cut circulation off. My wife puts the strap over her yoga pants and doesn’t seem to have any issues. The joy cons are fantastic at tracking your movement. I never had to calibrate them during a workout. All in all if you’re looking for an excuse to incorporate more movement and want to have some fun doing it then look no further. The price point is a bit of a deterrent but if your kids are able to join in then it’s a great group activity to do with the family.

Typical Nintendo: Weird, but Excellent!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game has been kicking my butt! In a good way! I've been playing it for about a half hour every day, and I always need a shower after. Granted, I'm a web developer who sits on my butt all day and never gets cardio exercise, so it doesn't take much to get out of breath. That's the beauty of the game, though. I hate cardio, but this game is so fun that I want to play it every day. It's been helping me get into a healthy habit of exercise. The RingCon and leg strap work perfectly and feel good to use. I've only had the game for about a week, so I'm hoping the Ring is sturdy enough to last a long time. I imagine the fabric grips on either side of the Ring will be the first thing to wear out. They seem to be held on by velcro, though, so they should be easy to replace when the time comes. There's a wide range of difficulty options, too, so the game is appropriate for all ages and skill levels. My 9 year old plays at a much lower difficulty level, so he does fewer reps of each exercise, and doesn't have to run as far. Ramp up the difficulty, though, and you'll easily work up a sweat. To put it succinctly, this game is typical Nintendo: quirky, unexpected, a little bizarre, but perfectly crafted and tons of fun!

Wonderful fitness adventure
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only a company like nintendo could make this game. The story and visuals are okay but what matters most is it makes working out fun. Also if you set it to intense or higher you're in for a hard, fast workout. This game alone won't make you healthy, but even nintendo's tips offered throughout the game about diet and lifestyle shows they really care about making something that isn't only fun, but improves their user's quality of life.

Fun Workout for All Ages
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a bit skeptical when we looked into the Ring Fit Adventure game because I thought it may be more for kids. Further, even if it was for adults, my fear was that it wouldn't provide any semblance of a workout. I am proud to report that I was wrong. Ring Fit Adventure for the Nintendo Switch has been wonderful so far. The game setup is pretty engaging and you're able to really get a solid workout in a variety of ways. If you're like me, you might think that the ring is easy to break. I am no powerhouse, but I have bent and pulled the ring in several directions so far and don't feel as if it is losing any of its original form. This is especially impressive given that it is so light weight. It has helped with strength training (note: you probably won't become an Olympic weightlifter with this system) and has overall led to better fitness for me and my family. The combination of an engaging, fun game along with the ability to provide a good element of fitness helps me highly recommend this game to all ages of Nintendo Switch users.

The best exercise game I've played by far!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've tried a few different exercise games and as the summary says this is the best by far. It's super engaging and great at motivating you. It even gives you tips for staying healthy beyond the game. For only using a resistance band, cardio, and body weight it gives a great work out. If you want to start getting in better shape or having a good workout routine but also love playing games then this is perfect for you.

I'm More Excited To Workout Now
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is a good balance of game and workout. It makes trying to get healthy fun and I really do feel it. I like that I can set my intensity level and even change it for more or less of a challenge. My sister does workouts everyday and, after trying it for only ten minutes, swears she's getting a Switch just so she can get this game to add to her sessions.

Exercise fun!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Who knew exercising could be this much fun! There are more than enough different games to keep from getting bored and between the music and the action you don't even realize you're really working out. The adventure portion is engaging and the game's encouraging dialogue is very motivating. Overall a fantastic purchase well worth it. Nintendo has done it again.

Good way to add cardio to your day!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this not because I have an issue with holding to a workout schedule, but because I wanted a way to make my workouts more enjoyable and fun. I find this to be an effective to get cardio into my routine, and try to spend about ten to fifteen minutes a day using Ring Fit. While using it I've lost about 15 pounds, however some of the weightloss is from dieting and cutting out soda as well. The game is quite enjoyable, and working through a basic RPG while doing your cardio is certainly fun. If you have knee issues, or feet issues I can't recommend this as there's a lot of running in place and knee raises in this. It's very heavily focused on running. It does a good job of making sure you stretch before and after you start, and it also does quite well at explaining the exercises you're supposed to be doing. It seems like a gimmick at face value before you own it, but once you purchase it and start committing to using it regularly... You realize it's fairly well thought out and a good way to supplement getting yourself moving.

My husband LOVES this game
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my husbands favorite way to work out. When he has it set to the higher levels he breaks a sweat. He also has fun while playing it. He likes the gamification of anything to I knew we had to get this. Its been almost two years and the ring is still intact and working fine with a decent amount of use.
