Even a milder workout was more intense than I anticipated. Good variety of games and options to make exercising fun and engaging. The Ring works surprisingly well.

My wife is so happy to have this game. A good exercise on this time of pandemic. A good alternative for exercise group.

Game is not that great but the actual fitness part is pretty decent. My kids love it and they get super worn out which is great to get them to bed easy. It is definitely not a great game but it tracks stats and you have differing exercises that do make you feel the burn if you commit to doing them properly.

Fun game to get in some exercise while under social distancing! Comes in two parts, leg strap and the resistance ring. Each have a switch controller attached. Exercises are basic push and pull on the ring, plus jogging in place, as well as stretching while moving the ring around. Some floor exercise is also included but more optional. The 4 levels of intensity make it customizable for each fitness level. The game portion is entertaining while not taking itself too seriously. Using the IR reader to measure heart rate is nifty.
