    I've had this product for a couple of months now and I can clearly say that I wish I had gone another route. I read a review about the uplink lag time between camera and phone and was told from a sales associate that that reviewer probably didn't have a great wifi connection. Well I have a great wifi connection - 3 eeros w/ 1 Gbps speed - and the response time is considerably lacking. In addition, you must purchase a plan after 30 days in order to view any videos unlike other cameras that simply erase the videos once you've used up a determined amount of cloud storage. Yikes! Sometimes instead of working poorly it simply doesn't work at all!
