I absolutely love this Ring camera! As long as you have an existing junction box with a flood light, replacing and setup with the ring is a breeze. I could not be more amazed with how easy this camera is to setup. They even supply a hook to use so you can hook the fixture to the junction box so your not trying to juggle while connecting the wires. The video capture, motion detection, siren sound are really good, especially at this price point. The ability to control the lights from the app was the icing on the cake. This camera will not disappoint.

Long range connection. Working reliable with the Ring app. The image is great for what it is. The floor lamp is bright. Wish it supported Apple HomeKit.

Easy set up and installation. Works great with my ring doorbell. Looks nice and isn’t pricey. Best pet is that it takes great video! Great lighting.

I recently installed a Ring Floodlight Cam in my backyard as a security measure, as well as a live view of the oasis I have built at the rear of my home. The clarity of the camera and lifelike live view and movement has a calming affect on me when I launch the app on my phone and have a look during the trials and tribulations of a day at the office. The live recordings, and broad bright lighting provided during motion activation are a great feature. Highly recommend.

Great value for cost. Easy to use. Provides a lot of security and peace of mind is added to the household once it is installed.

Be careful installing it. Make sure light switch is completely off. Read the instructions carefully when configuring the camera. It works great during the day. Night shots aren’t that great. The app is wonderful. I can look at the videos from anywhere and troubleshoot the device. There is a 10 month fee, $30, stores your videos.

I needed coverage for my backyard. I already use the Ring doorbell in front so it was a simple upgrade to my security. It was easy to install as a replacement for my old motion floodlight, took about 15 minutes. I like that they added a hook so you can hang it from the box enabling you to use both hands for the wiring job.

After the wife and I discussed options to switch to, to venture away from our current security setup....finally decided on Ring. We purchased 2 Ring Floodlight Cams and 1 Ring Doorbell Pro. We enjoy the motion notifications, the ability to instantly see the surroundings, 2 way talk, and being able to share saved videos of suspicious acivity with anyone.

I love this ring camera. I bought the version that has floodlights and goes wired. It’s great and does not require changing batteries. It’s surpassed my expectations. There is a small $3 per camera monthly fee if you want to have everything available. If you have more than one ring device you might want to consider the $10 a month for unlimited amount of devices fee rather than $3 per device.

We bought the hardwire floodlight/camera one, I understand it the best way to go. Love it. Great pictures and my kids love talking to people through the camera. You can chose black and white or color options. Def recommend.

Purchased this Ring Floodlight Cam to add to our existing RFCs. Easy installation, quick set-up within the Ring app, and then a few custom configurations for the alerts and light functions and the upgrade from a regular motion light fixture was complete. Highly recommend the Ring line of products as they have all work great for me.

My husband installed the camera and thought it was easy. It's easy to change settings and customize alerts. Defining the detection area is user friendly. The resolution is good. The strength of the lights is adequate. We love having access to looking at our driveway when we aren't home and even when we are home.

This light installs quickly and easily upon replacing a current light fixture. The set up was simple and was quick to get up and running with an Wi-Fi connection, that allows streaming to the Internet streaming. The Wi-Fi signal, since it is outside the house, was a little weak so we needed to get the chime device to extend the Wi-Fi. The LED floodlights effectively light the driveway at night.

The camera is much better than I expected. My only issue is that the Wi-Fi had to be extended to reach the floodlights

Camera 1080p Video quality is very clear day and night. Range triggering flood lights is Limited. Lighting is bright. It seems the range triggering video recording is not the same but actually a little better than lights. Sound system works but is not very good. I am paying the fee to record on Ring Servers. Video Review software is a big issue. It seems I cannot choose a specific past date to review. Scrolling to past dates is exhaustingly time consuming, scrolling page by page. Distant past dates are nearly impossible to review because the app always crashes after going back more than a month or so. I am assuming authorities could get those videos if they had to. Because of good video quality and ability to view from both an iPhone 4 and 6, I give the Ring Flood Camera a Passing Grade.

The light was really easy to install. Ring's got a handy hook to hold it in place while you wire it. After installation, setting up the camera was easy. Worked as well as you'd expect so far.

Bought this as a gift. My friend feels much safer and I’m not concerned about this going to a cloud because it is outside. The lights are bright and motion sensor is quick.

I just installed this on my new shop and I couldn't be more pleased. Hook up through the app was easy and the extra features it has best my other ring products, amazing. Happy with my purchase for sure!

We bought this Ring light for the front driveway. Fell in love with it, along with our doorbell, so we bought another for the back yard.
