Light bulbs went out after using 2 years.

Ring claims that bulb will last up to 10 years. I called them and asked them about this issue and they said they will send me discount voucher for next purchase. Why should I spend money and buy this failed product again. Video quality is good, I can give 4 star to it but 2 way talk is not clear and there is some static. Overall it is 2 star because of bulb issue because they are not replaceable.

Flickering lights can commonly be attributed to wiring to the device. If, for any reason, the wiring becomes loose, or the device is no longer receive the recommended 110-240V, you may want to have the wiring checked out. The only drawback has been we had to purchase an additional piece, a booster for the WiFi for it to work to capacity. So there was more money involved, but it is worth the outlay.

Only con is it seems to be a little slow in processing the motion video to look at when we get a motion notification!

So I have to manually turn it off. N when I'm doing something outside, I wish the light would last longer. Lol. Maybe mine just has a mind of its own?
