I am giving it two stars because it constantly goes offline!! The time and weather varies, no pattern as to why this happens. I don’t have this issue with my other ring products. Sometimes I don’t have time to troubleshoot but it corrects within 5-8 hours. I live in a high crime city so this is not going to work. I would return it but threw away the box. I am currently researching other flood cams.

I have a hard time imagining the entire order couldn’t be filled.
