Not functioning as well as the two I purchased

The light portion doesn’t come on when Motion is detected . I had one in the same location and it did as it should. Call ring to see if I had a bad camera/ flood light . The representative said it was due to the fact of my outdoor wall sconces which is definitely not the case as I stated above I had one located there that function correctly.

Does a good job
