We replaced two horrific Defiant Brand spotlights that always stayed on and never worked. This one allows our neighbor to walk in his backyard without triggering the lamp/camera since you can draw a line on the app and define the areas you want to have alerted to. The RING bell rings three times on my phone, so it really can get your attention in the middle of the night if someone enters your property. You can SNOOZE the Ring bell in case you have workers or are going to be in that circumference area for a while and don't want all the alerts. The video footage quality day/night is fantastic and is stored for free up to 7 days, or more days for a subscription. I will be buying several more of these to cover all of our house!!!

I own 3 of these devices. Everyone sells these for the same price so it is hard to shop for a discount. However, if you buy them in a bundle of 2 you save $50. At the time I purchased Best Buy was the only retailer that had in stock. I purchased this bundle to keep an eye on my property across town. I caught a sub contractor stealing & sent video to general contractor for resolution. Paid for themselves in a short period of time.

Great light for a garage! My garage is detached and it works great and has enough light to help me see at night and picks up motion at a great range! Super easy to install and setup even though I am an electrician. Any home buyer can do it.

After having an electrician install a junction box to accommodate the floodlight cam, all seemed well. My only complaint is that even in very low wind conditions, the wind noise it picks up from an internal camera is horrendous, and drowns out much of the other audio. Did they not test this microphone for outside use? Did they think we needed floodlights indoors in a windless environment? I just got off the phone with Ring support, and she wasn’t very helpful. Illogically, she recommended I turn down the volume in my phone. Then, she recommended I turn the audio feature off. If I wanted no audio, I wouldn’t have purchased a camera with audio. Turning down my phone volume does not, in any way, reduce the wind noise recorded from the camera. Doh! Aside from this devaluation, the style is great, the video quality is great, the lights are bright, and the app is easy to use.

This camera quality is great. Light is super bright and installation was quick and easy. Do take note if you don't have an existing floodlight outside of your home yiu will have to get a professional to install the connections. Overall the best cam out

The lights are so much brighter than seeing them on line. Clear picture and easy set up.

First time trying ring camera and I had so much questions and the stuff helped me to get the right camera that I need for my new house security system.

The system was very easy to install, setup was a breeze and I couldn't be happier with it. The images are pretty clear, setting up the motion perimeter was easier than I thought and I am happy with the ease of use for monitoring.

This is my second ring camera but first floodlight. They give you virtually every tool for the installation. Including a video tutorial to play from your smart device so that you do not miss a single step of the process. From taking down my old floodlight and installing the Ring Floodlight, total time was 20 minutes. I’m not an electrican and had no problems and lived to tell it. The app is super easy.

Installation was a breeze. What I don’t understand is why it connected the Wi-Fi to my Ring Wi-Fi extender. Not that this really matters but I was expecting that it would connect to my wireless router. I especially like how sensitive the motion detection is and how I can set my motion detection ring of protection I’m have not quite figured out the lights but I’m sure I will in due time. This product definitely complements my ring pro doorbell and I would recommend it to anyone

My first ring product and i love it! Easy to install if you are swapping out a floodlight, camera is very clear, lights are bright. Also has very good setting to customize for your house.

The ring floodlight is easy to use on your phone. I own 3. It's pretty clear also.

I've used the original Ring doorbell for more than a year now. I got it right after we had a package stolen from our front porch. I was impressed with it and now I am impressed by the flood light cam. I was worried that it would not be bright enough to replace our previous light but boy was I wrong. The only thing I wish it has was a dusk to Dawn sensor but you can just set it on a schedule.

Nice 180 angle view . Features are very easy and simple to adjust . Nitgh vision and daylight very clearly . Only I didn’t like its pay to save your recordings and lights are yellow. But no regrets.

We really like this floodlight camera and the advance notice for someone arriving at our front/back door. Just as you can talk to someone at the doorbell through the Ring app, you can do the same with the floodlight cam. When we were 70 miles away (w/some reception and wifi) we could see that our daughter was at the house to pick up an item and we were able to simply communicate through the Ring app on our cell phone and the floodlight speaker. It's hard-wired for power, but wireless for video and audio, plus our home has steel siding and it's a good distance from the primary wifi router, so there are times when it is slow or difficult to activate, even with a booster near by.

Amazing picture! The night vision is outstanding, and love that I can adjust the zones (I have an umbrella that blows when it's windy so I block that area). Very powerful lights, so pleased!

We are so happy with the Ring floodlight camera! This camera was very easy to install and it works great! The picture quality is very clear and you can customize the range of motion to fit the area you want covered.

I am so glad that I purchased this Ring Floodlight Cam. At first, there is a 30 day trial period, and then you have to purchase a subscription to cover one device or multiple devices. It offers recorded video clips based upon motion detection. However, after the trial period ends, the subscription allows you to view those video clips. There is a night vision mode when the lights are off, but then whenever it senses motion, it turns the led floodlights on, and records video clips in color with sound. You can connect it to the same Ring account as your ring video doorbell. Importantly, you ca Control it from anywhere you have WiFi or LTE coverage. Overall, having this Ring Floodlight Cam just makes our home feel a lot safer in addition to our home security system.

I have 10 of these installed. They not only give you a very easy to use CCTV system but it also allows you to control you flood lights from your app. The cameras quality is good with in 50 feet.
