The picture quality is great and easy to install. Just order the wire for the same which is 20 ft enough for the installation. Great product. The alert and motion detector is quite sensitive and also lights is sensor which save you to keep the driveway light open for the whole night.

Loving the Ring - easy to install and set up! Even the monthly cost is reasonable and easy to understand and get going. The unit works great - light is nice a bright and picture from cam is good. Cool that I can see what is happening near my house even if I am far no where near my house. Well done

Easy to install and set up on Ring app was simple. Video quality is really good day and night time. Floodlight is bright at night and sensor picks up detection instantly to give you notification on the app. Can't go wrong with it. I m in for another one for side of my house.

My property is east facing, and the camera is partially covered. I now have to buy another because it is essentially useless now. Hoping I’m not the only one who has had this issue and it has been fixed as time has gone on.

If your device is unresponsive, try pressing and holding the reset button for 20 seconds. Follow the steps in the Ring app to reconnect the camera to your network. To reconnect a Ring Floodlight Cam Plus to your wifi network: Open the Ring app. Tap the menu (≡). Tap "Devices" and select the camera you'd like to reconnect to wifi. Tap the "Device Health" tile. Under "Network," tap "Change Network" and follow the prompts in the app. Allow some time for your device to fully reconnect to the network, then check your wifi signal strength in "Device Health" to confirm it has successfully reconnected.

If you are experiencing an issue with your Ring Floodlight Cam Plus’s sound quality, we recommend that you check the following: Bring your Ring Floodlight Cam Plus near your router and trigger an event. If the sound improves, you may want to add a wifi extender like the Ring Chime Pro to your setup to improve connectivity. If the sound does not improve, try holding the setup button down for twenty seconds and testing again. Remove the power source from your Ring Floodlight Cam Plus for twenty seconds, reinsert it, then test audio again.
The Ring Floodlight Cam Plus can be installed on a wall or under an eave. It will be important to properly install the mounting bracket and adjust the device depending on where you are installing it. If you’re installing under an eave, the arrow should point toward the wall. If you’re mounting the Ring Floodlight Cam Plus on an eave or overhang, you will also have to rotate the lights away from the camera. Visit our support center for a step-by-step installation guide.

Was so easy to install. I liked the the way view of my front porch. This flood has great look at night. I have another ring floodlight in the back porch. I highly recommend. I would buy again to. As in closing i did buy onsale 118.00

This was a common issue with the 1st gen floodlights where the night time lens would get stuck and display pink during the day. All the resetting and customer support in the work would not fix it. NOW - This new floodlight cam is super clear, easy to setup, and also purchased the 4 year replacement with it (think about $35). this is the deal to get to save yourself paying another $250 for a new light/cam in the future. Return and replace (keep the box just in case)

Not only that I can view what the activity is, it records who and what is said and it covers my 2 primary door entrances to my home!! The bonus, motion sensitive flood lights come on automatically whenever it is dark outside!!! Added security and safety for everyone at my home!! Wished I had gotten one sooner!!

Beautiful video

So far they are working fantastic. The camera even picks up spiders or wasps flying in front of it, clear focus. The flood lights are LED and really brighten up the area. Have not had it in the rain so that’s my next test. (One of them is not covered by large patio, just roof eve)
