    I used the sizing kit before purchasing my Oura Ring. The kit recommends wearing the ring for 24 hours to decide on which size is the most comfortable. I wore mine for a couple days because I wasn’t able to decide between sizes or which hand was more comfortable.

    OK but hard to determine ring size as finger size varies during the day. So overall concept of wearing a smart ring does not work for me

    Not great. Gives a general idea of feel and bulk but the weight is not even close nor is the durability. This is just plastic. It should be maybe .99 not 10 dollars

    Glad I got this but sad to see the rings don’t fit me. My hands are too big so got the kit but now not able to get a ring so saving for someone else who may want it

    I wasnt a fan of the sizers as the size 6 in this sizer was perfect for my finger even when it swells but when I actually got the ring the size 6 was suffocating my finger due to it not being the same material. So this doesnt really help much.

    Based on the sizing kit I ordered the correct size. Received the ring and it didn't fit. Have to wear it on a different finger. Order ring one size up!
