      I'm sorry to hear about your poor experience with your Ring Video Doorbell. The motion detector does require a bit of maneuvering to find the sweet spot, however I can assist you with honing those settings to make sure you receive only the alerts that matter to you and make sure your video captures these moments as soon as possible.       I'm sorry to hear about your poor experience with your Ring and the delay with our CS team, but I would like to connect with you today to address the issues you are encountering with having to manually reset your Ring device when you have a network outage. Depending on how long your Ring device has been disconnected from the network or if you are connecting the Ring to different networks each time, it should attempt to reconnect on its own without you having to manually reset it yourself each time.
