The only thing is that it stopped connecting after awhile, then I had to call Ring customer service, and they were able to help me get it back on.

My siblings and I have access and video/sound is very clear. I can even talk to her through the camera and have a conversation.

It functions well and has decent quality and resolution in a small footprint. The setup to the phone with a secondary user was a little complicated for my likes, but got it done never-the-less.

New sump pump doesn’t last as long as the first one. This will help alert me if something happens.
