Must have extra if not wiring ring doorbell 2

I think the extra batter is a must have. When the battery in the doorbell is low you can start charging the extra battery and install when it is convenient for you. As of this review I have swapped the battery on and it was easy to do.

I replaced 3 of my ring device batteries about a month ago, and they are still hoving around 70% life. Batteries mean I don't have to wire the cameras directly to the power, which means I can easily move the cameras as I please.

User friendly!

It’s very easy to charge and change batteries. Just a few seconds to swap batteries. A charge also lasts weeks with how often our Ring alerts go off.

Great camera and Best Buy Install

The picture is clear, even at night. It picks up sound well even when the TV is on. The Best Buy installer was very helpful in setting the camera up and explaining how to use the app. The only dpwn side is that i think im going to have to purchase the subscription to keep old footage or to be able to go back and view footage if I didn’t see it live.
