Just make sure to either purchase the solar panel to charge on its own. Or have and extra battery. it fits 2 and makes it much easier. Recordings and audio are clear even in bad weather.

Instead of wasting time with customer service, i bought new one. It is working really well and worth 5-Stars. I give 4-Stars since first one got broken.
