Great picture quality on this camera. The camera shows a wide view of where it is pointed. It is not motion activated, so you have to ask Alexa to show the front camera when you want to see outside. It is a nice extra point of security to have.

The Cameras are easy to install. I highly recommend getting the solar panels to supplement battery charging. The batteries will only last 2-3 days depending on your motion settings and alerts. The picture is very clear and the cameras connect to Wi-Fi readily. If you are having issues connecting to your Wi-Fi, purchase the Chime Pro or a Wi-Fi extender. It is pretty straight forward.

For under a $1,000, I was able to buy six of these to protect the outside and interior or my property. Easy to set up, Wireless, sun charged, just download the Ring APP and register all your cameras. Once done, your property is under surveillance and all of the alerts come to your smart phone instantly. Senses movement, 4K quality images, east to set up.

Pretty good. Image quality is good with good lighting, but this is used on a garage at an alley and I really should of got the bigger flood light. Otherwise pretty good. Got it to pair with my ring alarm system (doorbell, indoor camera, motion sensors, door sensors, keypad, and alarm siren/base). Also got some connect smoke and CO detectors to pair to the system.

Works great, I added the solar panels. We will see what winter time brings. Picture quality is good, light is bright enough but not flood light worry. Only negative is it won’t or can’t pick up license plates in the video. Other than that great for the price. Buy the 2 pack save $50 bucks.

Inside what a fantastic thing to put up! Want to keep an eye on your animals or the children it works amazing! Set up is simple however make sure you add wire around the camera and the base attachment so it doesn’t fall when taking out batteries to charge. Outside the elements on the camera stinks! Keep it under cover and again it is a fabulous camera! Great community watch within your own neighborhood too with the app!

I love this camera, I already had the doorbell cam and bought this to put on my garage to look at my cars. Quality is clear and catches everything I need it to (adjustable). Easy to put in. I would recommend buying an extra battery pack. I look at my camera a lot so the one that comes with it lasts a little then a month. Otherwise excellent buy.

I like this camera the picture is crystal clear and I have no problem connecting to it from anywhere, its a great tool to help keep an eye on your property, the only draw back is that it takes two batteries and I wish I had gotten the solar power unit for this, the battery dosnt run down very fast its just inconvenient taking the battery out to charge it , If you but this unit spend the extra and get he solar charging unit

Excellent cameras! We set them up around the garage and we set up zones so we only get the notifications we want, not when one of our neighbors decides to take a walk and walks a little too close to one of our doors. The notifications have never failed and the images are crisp and load very quickly.

Couldn’t be happier. Very easy to install. Would recommend at least two people to install especially when using a ladder to be as safe as possible. Can be completed in a relatively short amount of time when reading directions first and during installation. Very clear views! Ability to turn on spotlight and talk through speaker!

This is a good security cam and Ring is constantly upgrading features such as human detection, privacy and multiple motion zones. This cam, however, has some glitches where footage is unavailable for view in timeline mode. Battery life drains considerably in a high traffic area in front of the house but was solved by installing the Ring solar panel accessory.

I bought the two cameras. One for the front and one for the back. They work great. This camera can hold two batteries but only comes with one. It does need two as the one drains quickly. When it was below zero outside the camera didn't work so well. All in all it is a great camera with crystal clear images.

This camera works great! The clarity is very good at night which surprised me. The motion detector works well and doesn't give off a lot of false positives. I am very pleased with this camera. I bought the extra battery just to minimize how often I would have to replace it. For my driveway activity each battery will last 3-4 months. GREAT camera. I recommend it!

I bought this, already owning a Ring doorbell, because I wanted to add coverage to my driveway to deter would-be converter thieves. I really would have liked the floodlight version, but that would have required an expensive wiring job, so this camera's ability to run on battery power was very appealing to me. Mounting and setup were both quite easy. I had no problem adjusting the motion detection zones to cover the whole driveway without capturing everyone passing on the sidewalk. One feature that I didn't fully understand when I bought it was the siren. I was under the impression that I would be able to set the alarm to sound if motion were detected during certain hours, but this is not the case. Instead, the siren has to be activated manually. So basically, in order to scare off a thief at night, I would need to enable notifications, wake up when receiving the notification, look at the app to see what's going on, and then press the siren button to scare him or her off. Not quite as cool as I hoped, but just having the motion-activated light and recording gives me enough peace of mind to make this a winner.

    They light up the yard

This was the 2nd pair of spotlight cameras I put up at my house, because we had one on the front of the house that didnt sctivate when a car parked along the street was stolen from our house. (we had the sensitivity at mid level because we dont normally park on the street, but this was a guests car.) We recovered the stolen car a couple days later. But we started noticing suspicious activity at night, once we increased the sensitivity of our 1st cameras and started paying attention in the days following the theft, including a vehicle we didnt recognize stopping for a minute right alongside the car that had been stolen, the night after we got it back. So these 2 cameras went on trees near the road, looking both ways down the street. They light up the street every time a car or pedestrian approaches our address. Suspicious sctivity stopped the night after I put them up. I wish the batteries lasted longer. I get about 10-12 days total out of the 2 batteries in each camera, but we keep them on the highest sensitivity and frequency. Nothing happens near our home that isn't recorded now. Ring charges $100/year to save everything, so plan on that if you want your videos saved for later use. Havent found anyway around that, but there's no limit on the number of cameras or amount of data you're allowed to store, so we get our money's worth from it.
