I have 4 cameras already installed, along with the Ring alarm system, and I find myself looking for other spots to put up a camera!.. that’s how easy they are to install.. just make sure you have a strong network for connections!

Integrated perfectly with our existing Ring Doorbell Pro and Ring app! I really like the Ring app interface, even if you are charged for some of the more useful features, which is why I opted for the Ring Spotlight camera versus a Nest or other brand of security camera. The install was easy and I love being able to see the activity in my backyard from inside the house or while I’m away from the house.

I purchased this item, but had an issue setting-up the software. When the Ring customer service suggested I return it to the point of purchase. Best Buy was great, I returned to the store and requested to exchange it for a new one...NO ISSUES WHAT SO EVER! That is why I shop at Best Buy, they have always supported me as a customer or did the right thing to repair or replace their items when and if there is any issue. Keep up the great service and you will keep me as a loyal customer! The second camera updated very easily and was very easy to install. You get everything you need and extra to give you multiple choices to install.

Bought this for my parents as an added security. The video clarity is outstanding - crisp & clear. My dad was an electrician & he was able to do a hardwired installation around his house. I can monitor them when they’re outside and their comings and goings. I was conflicted between this & 2 other brands but glad I decided on this one. I later purchased the Ring Doorbell to complete the package.

We already have other ring camera around the home but this one became very necessary after our neighbor that lives maybe 30 feet across the yard experienced a home invasion. Our block is very dark so hopefully the lights on this will be a deterrent to anyone thinking they are going to disturb our peace of mind and safety. I do with the lights were a little brighter. Maybe the hard wired lights are brighter than these but this still does the job .
