      Ring

Hi 3Fan, Live View is currently available for Ring Video Doorbell Pro and hardwired Ring Video Doorbell. We're working on Live View for Stick Up Cam currently. Also, battery life is contingent on usage so the volume of alerts you receive per day on your Stick Up Cam will affect the battery. We can provide optimal settings to conserve battery or we also recommend pairing your Stick Up Cam with Ring Solar Panel for a constant charge. Please reach me at yul@ring.com for any further inquiries/concerns that I can address for you today. Thank you for your time and interest! Ring

Hi ORBirt, battery life is contingent on usage so the volume of alerts you receive per day will affect it. For optimal settings to conserve your battery, our CS team can provide that for you. With optimal connection settings, you should receive clear & HD video/audio quality in your alerts. Would you kindly reach me at yul@ring.com so that we can address and resolve these issues? My job's to ensure your Stick Up Cam is up and running as it should be so I'd appreciate your time today. Ring

      Hi TonyNap,

I'm sorry to hear about your recent Ring experience. Battery life is contingent on usage so the volume of alerts you receive per day will affect it but we can provide optimal settings to conserve your battery. Would you kindly reach out to me at jennifer.finefrock@ring.com so I can address the battery issue you are experiencing as well as the delayed motion detection? I would appreciate this second opportunity to turn your Ring experience around.

      Thank you,

      Hi LoyalBestBuyCustomer,

Thank you for sharing your feedback and I am sorry to hear about your poor experience with Ring. I'd like to connect with you today to address /resolve these issues you mention in the above review. The motion detector does require a bit of maneuvering to find the right spot and battery life is contingent on usage so the volume of alerts you receive per day will affect it but we can provide optimal settings to conserve your battery for you. I see that you noted having a fast internet connection. Do you happen to know what your upload speed is? You can check by visiting www.bandwidthplace.com on your cell phone, and running a speed test right next to where your Stick up Cam is installed. We also recommend running a speed test right next to your router, and comparing the two speeds. Sometimes, even with high internet speeds, the connection isn't as strong at the front/back of the house. We recommend installing a WiFi extender if that's the case. If you reach out to me at kandyce@ring.com, I can assist you with making sure we get your Stick up Cam up and running to your expectations in hopes to keep you a part of the Ring family. I look forward to hearing from you!
