We replaced a ring camera with a light on it, which did not hold battery charger very long. This one does fantastic. We like it and would buy it again.

Its quality is excellent and what I love is the bird's eye view and the pre roll camera feature. Ring is definitely a home MUST HAVE!!!

What I purchased it for, now I don't really need. Overall, BANKS should use cameras this good, because the clarity is grest. What I don't like is you have to subscribe to a support system to keep videos instead of a sim card.

At Ring, we work hard to be completely transparent in both our products, and the optional services in which we provide. The Ring Home Plan is mentioned on our Ring packaging, on our website, and in the welcome email you received upon setting up your device. With a Ring Home Plan, you can save, review, and share video recordings from your Ring devices to your Ring account. Without a Ring Home Plan, you can still view real-time video for Ring doorbells and cameras and answer doorbell notifications when they happen, but you don’t get video recordings of those events.

They monitor my home, office and 90 yr old Mother’s place. Get the yearly subscription so you can preserve playback. We had a thief come to our business and steal a bunch of stuff out of our individual offices. My cam caught a good picture of him and the police published it. if I had heard the alert, I could’ve called the police immediately and triggered the alarm on the camera. Unfortunately I was at a movie and had my phone off.

Waiting to see if if hold up over time. Purchased 8 Arlo camera's after the 2 year expired so did the camera, use the warranty to replace 2 and 2 solar panels. I have 3 camera that will not recontinue to the base station, 1 that will not charge usingvthe solar panel.

I love how simple the setup is. I have the Ring door bell, and two cameras so far and plan on adding two more cameras. Bought the first camera on sale and the second was full price which is the only downside. They are pricey.

Sales person stated there were no subscription fees, but apparently this is not the case. That being said, the camera is of good quality, and easy to install.

Great indoor/outdoor camera!

One of the improvements I can see with the pro version is the bird's eye view. I feel like the regular stick up cam picks up more motion at a longer distance than this one and I prefer that over the new pinpointed motion. Depending on what you want it can be a pro vs con. The motion sensing is definitely more refined and precise when compared to the regular stick up cam. Overall I really like it! Would recommend.

It was a very easy installation for me. Attached well with my ring doorbell, and the picture quality is pretty good.
