Price a little expensive but very good quality compared to the cheaper ones. Application is great! Very easy to use. 10 usd per month ( for cloud storage) for all the cameras. Nothing to complain. This one is monitoring my driveway. So far it has been working fine. It is exposed to the elements and have been working perfectly although I only been using it for two months. The videos recorded are sharp and I signed up for the 100/year protection plan

So easy to set up and works exceptionally well. We purchased a competitor brand and took almost two hours to try and set it up and then returned it the next day.

The wiring is pretty bulky and not easy to route/hide. For outdoors installation, you have the option to install a battery and also add a solar panel power/charging unit so you don't need to hard wire it in anymore. Image quality is good, digital zoom not so good but ok. Too bad you have to pay a fee for storing video footage. Other vendors give you free cloud storage for a couple of year for a rolling 12-hours of recordings.

We started with the doorbell and adding 4 more cameras and 2 floodlight cameras once I found out about the $100 plan/year for all my ring devices! They are much easier to setup compare to our Zmodo cameras.

Plus the subscription is a lot better price. It doesn't pick up all the motion when it rains like our other one did, but I'm glad it doesn't so I don't get 200 videos of rain. Was very easy to install.

Unfortunately whenever there is heavy rain the camera reports that it is 'offline' even though it is plugged directly into an outlet. After the rain this issue seems to persist for a couple hours then stops and works as it should. Frustrating to get the notification that the camera is offline constantly. Otherwise it works just fine when its not raining outside. Wide range of coverage and zones are nice to get notified of motion in certain areas.

We understand how important it is for your Ring Stick Up Cam Wired to function consistently and reliably, so you are alerted to any wanted or unwanted activity in or around your home. The Ring Stick Up Cam is designed to work in many environments to provide you with peace of mind and security. We are here to provide you with some information to resolve the connection issue you mentioned in your review.
Ring doorbells and outdoor security cameras are water-resistant and designed to withstand normal rainfall and snow. Ring products are not waterproof and should not be submerged in water or sprayed with high pressure water. If you can, it is recommended to keep your Ring device under a protective overhang such as a hanging roof.
Usually, a device falling offline repeatedly is related to poor wifi connectivity caused by signal fluctuations, channel congestion, or data loss. In rare cases, this can be caused by settings in your router. To determine whether or not the problem is caused by poor upload speed, run a speed test to determine if your network can support Ring devices. In edition to ensuring that you have sufficient wifi speeds, you will also want to check the signal strength of your device.
A poor wifi signal can cause connectivity with your Ring device to be unreliable. Check the Device Health section of your Ring application to ensure the device’s RSSI is within an acceptable range. The recommended range for optimal performance is 0 to -60 for the RSSI.
If your networking equipment hasn’t been power cycled in a while, try unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in. We also recommend adding a Ring Chime Pro to your network. The Ring Chime Pro simply plugs into a wall outlet between your router and the Ring Stick Up Cam to assist with the wifi signal strength to the device.
