Only complaint is when talking via the camera the sound output is pretty low. In the middle of the night with now light on you can still see everything.

Recorded video is very slow to playback

Defeats the purpose of a "security" camera. Quality of picture and motion detection is good though.

Based on your review, it seems that you are having trouble with answering your doorbell from your Ring App. Rapid Ring is a "light" version of the classic Ring app with most of the features stripped out except for the ability to activate a Live View and respond to an event as quickly as possible. By using the Rapid Ring app in conjunction with the original Ring app, you'll be able to answer your notifications as quickly as possible. Works fantastically. Just make sure you have a strong enough WiFi signal to reach it, otherwise it will drain the battery trying to look for the connection

I have been one of the fortunate ones and can actually say I have had no issues over multiple years of use. I bought this to add to my moms house. Easy setup and no issues so far.

Clear wide angle picture a bit better then the wyzw cam. If you want a decent cam and service i highly recommend this cam and the ring service.
