I had a doorbell camera with my alarm system while the camera alerts lag the video quality was beautiful. While this camera alert speed is great and detection is great the video quality isn’t that great but manageable to recognize someone approaching your residence. It’s a great product thought

Works great and was a snap to install. My mother in law loves it

Very happy with its performance. Only negative is I get a lot of false notification whenever anything big passes in front my house. I've decreased the viewing distance but this did not help much. I just ignore my notifications half the time now. Not the perfect situation but I can live with it.

Great product for my front door and security measures

Amazingly simple install and set up. I still get more false alarms with cars driving out in the distance past my 6ft motion setting than I would like but it’s been an effective product.

Great product. Works like 98% of the time (which is really good). Great video quality. Easy to install. Sometimes the actual doorbell doesn’t ring, but it always gets connected on my phone.

Installation was fairly easy, and syncing it to the wifi worked the first time. The only draw back is adjusting the sensitivity to outside traffic. Is a valuable tool.

I had one of these at my old house and bought one when we moved. I know who has been at my front door and can monitor who comes to the house.

Camera has decent quality and the sensor picks up every movement. But that means you get a notification every time a cat farts. Also, battery has to be charged regularly.

The ring works very well and gives us a sense of security, especially when we are not home. My only complaint is that about 25% of the time, I will not get a live feed on my phone. Instead, the screen is just black and I don't know if a cat ran by or someone is eyeing a package at my doorstep.

We got one and have since bought four more as gifts.

Easy to setup and very user friendly and recommended

This is the second Ring Doorbell I have purchased. I was impressed by the usefulness of the Ring Doorbell on my place so much, I ended up purchasing one for my parents as well. It's easy to use and install. The device has been very reliable and has been extremely convenient in keeping an eye on deliveries and other guests entering the property when I am away from my residence. The one downside to this product would be the additional subscription cost to have the videos record to the cloud, which is basically a must if you want this to perform any sort of security measure. Without the subscription, you only receive notifications of the event as it happens, so if you don't have your phone on you at the moment, you can't go back and view who was at your door.

Much more than just a door bell. I love the fact that i can be reached wherever i am when a package or a certified letter is delivered. We tell the carrier to just leave it there and we will be down in a minute. It's more like an alarm system than a doorbell. As a doorbell, though it works perfectly. I am awaiting new downloadable rings. very cool
