    Sucks - greats as an alternate doorbell with a 2 minute delay on who's there Had to turn off the motion sensor feature cause it randomly went off - no Bush's - no pets and far off the road Expected more

    Not a bad product, but it has too much of a delay time. The motion detection is good, unless you live on a busy street like me, then you have to turn down the range and it doesn't always pick up.

    The first generation was great, this one is not that great. There is a delay on motion sensor and rings. There is a 4-5 second delay, which is a very long time to detect motion

    Quality is good but unless you have a strong wi-fi signal, there might be delays in alert notification and viewing the liveview. Did place a signal booster but still seems to catch the view after the event has taken place. Otherwise, everything else is decent.

    This product is a great product. I do feel like the notification is too delayed (even though I have it at the highest setting). by the time we get notified the car or whatever set it off is already gone. The live view also is delayed in loading.

    I've been happy with the ring for the few weeks I've had it. I was able to pair it with my Amazon Dots to get annunciation when someone is approaching the front door. Sometimes there is a delay but it is not too bad. I would purchase it again.

    Takes great clear video but too much of a delay, probably due to the set up of my walk up apt, even had the wifi extender, didnt help all that much, plus cox sucks for internet service in my opinion

    Terrible vision at night, delayed reaction from time someone at door and notification, and have to pay after trial period in order to review. Not happy with this

    The camera takes good pictures. There is a delay in the notification so if you don't have the cloud service to look at what the notification was about, you may miss the alert.

    I have had a lot of problems getting the ring doorbell 2, to work with my phone. customer service is good but I have had to contact them several times and it still has problems with delayed notifications to my phone.

    The doorbell is ok overall but there is a slight delay when trying to talk though the phone. I also didn't know I had to pay a fee to keep the recordings and to even access my ring account info.

    Great company good product, I love their APP and I love the technical support. However the product does function but for me the delay of actually seeing the video from when motion is detected is a bit long. If you do not continue to subscribe to the video recording never know who is at your door. With Alexa so all I have to do is ask her to show me the front door and I see a video. This alone makes the product well worth while. Yep shows I have good Wi-Fi connectivity and I think it's the fact that he communicates to the cloud is what causes the delay.
