I set this up in a couple of hours. Very simple to do. Had to adjust the settings and notifications over the first week but no problems.

I just love my ring doorbell the pictures that it takes are crystal clear and the price is so reasonable it's a great investment

I thought this was a really great idea. And it is. Once you get the bugs out. Installation is fairly straight forward. Battery charging is not too bad. It finds the wifi signal without great hassle. I'm worried about losing the proprietary screwdriver to remove and recharge the battery. But... I was on AT&T DSL - 4Mbps download, .75 up. The Ring needs more speed than that. AT&T tells me I'm getting 6 down and 1.5 up but that never happens. The connection to the Ring was poor, video came in pixelated with half the screen a solid green block. I punted AT&T and got a new provider that's 25 down, 4 up and the Ring works like a champ. I'm looking at adding a second doorbell and maybe the solar powered camera.

We love our new door bell camera because we can also keep a watch on our mailbox. Had to adjust the distance some other than that it is easy set up.

Would be 5 stars but I didn't realize I would have to pay for video saving features. It's not a lot of money($3/mo), but still annoying. Great easy to use product.

Easy to install and use. Great if not on a busy street because every time a car passes it days someone at door, other than that, love it.

We purchased the ring. I love seeing who is at my door before opening it. The videos are great. We love our ring so much we bought 2 more for our kids

Rechargeable batteries is very nice and you don't have to change them very often. You get a notification when they need to be changed.

highly recommended by a family and very satisfied with the results, pictures are amazing and really a deterrent to people who has bad intentions

Good camera, but will pick up cars on the street when it shouldn’t and doesn’t pick up a delivery guy putting a package on the porch.

Easy to install, and operate. Informs you of movement at your door, and enables you to view,and communicate with them from anywhere, at home, or away.

This is a very nice to have as I am not home all day and when someone rings the bell - I can see who they are and talk with them

RING offers a simple to use APP - monitors our home 24/7. We have peace of mind knowing when anyone approaches our property. No false alarms either.

BestBuy made a mistake in saying next day delivery. But I eventually let that issue go. Not sure what issues people are experiencing but so far it gets the job done. Video lag is associated with how far your ring doorbell is from the wireless network. Don’t expect it to work if your internet wireless network is super far away. It’s like saying my laptop that requires a WiFi network to surf the internet doesn’t work while I’m on the street. Get some WiFi extenders idk. I’ll write another review if I experience the LAG.

Performs as advertised. I recommend purchasing a back up battery which can be utilized immediately instead of waiting for the one in use to recharge.

The picture quality is very clear and so is the sound. The only compliant is that sometimes the picture appears in color, while at other times it is grayscale. Not sure how to fix that.

I installed my Ring doorbell in less than 15 minutes and I am not terribly mechanical. Do not be afraid to do it yourself with this installation.

We finally purchased a Ring and can’t understand why we waited so long. 1080p quality and great night vision.
