What a great product. Easy set-up and installation took maybe 30 minutes and most of that was determining what angle for the camera view.

these cameras cannot be beat. i have quote a few now. would not purchase any other brand. simple and easy with great updates along the way

Gave it a 4 because door faces the east and seems like the morning sun and larger vehicles trigger motion sensor. Have set motion zone to only 5-6 feet from the ring.

Great company good product, I love their APP and I love the technical support. However the product does function but for me the delay of actually seeing the video from when motion is detected is a bit long. If you do not continue to subscribe to the video recording never know who is at your door. With Alexa so all I have to do is ask her to show me the front door and I see a video. This alone makes the product well worth while. Yep shows I have good Wi-Fi connectivity and I think it's the fact that he communicates to the cloud is what causes the delay.

This is amazing! I get immediate notices on my phone when someone approaches or rings the doorbell. Very high quality video and audio. A must have!

I like the doorbell a lot. It was a good investment. The only thing that I do not like is the lag a little when the motion is set. Other than that, no complaints

Only had this set up for a couple of days. Does catch movement well. I was able to adjust the sensitivity easily to avoid people on the sidewalk and cars going by. Clarity is not what you see in Ring ads, somewhat less. Videos are extremely laggy on my phone. (probably due to my poor upload speeds and not the product. It takes about 30 secs for the video to appear on my phone. If I waited for the video to pop up I am sure the person at the door would have left. In the end however they do appear. I mostly bought this to catch "porch Pirates" so I guess it will do that. Very expensive for what it is.

This was easy to install and offers peace of mind while at home or away. I no longer worry about package left at my house. I love it!
