The video Ring Door 2 is easy to install and works perfect. The camera provides sharp images and works well. I highly recommend this product.

You can keep an eye on your house at all times. We know anytime someone even walks on our property. Great investment to keep your home safe!

It's easy to manage with an app.Easy to use and you can talk to the person on the door and see them but the visitor can't. Great for instructing mail man and the parcels which I use to miss before.

I am not only impressed with what I can see from inside my house but I like the fact that I can take note of what is happening in my neighborhood.

Got this gift for my son-in-law who has a man cave in the lower level of the house. Great to see who’s there before going all the way upstairs just to find out it was UPS or FedEx.

I was having false alert issues with my Ring 1st generation, along with video that didn't always work. The Ring 2 seems to get only a few false alerts when the sun is in high position and a large truck (garbage or delivery type) pass and the sun reflects off of it. The Ring 2 also has a mounting plate that looks downward roughly 10 degrees or so which will allegedly stop this issue. I havent used that yet however. The Ring 2 also has a removable battery pack so the entire doorbell need not be removed any longer. The Ring 2 also has live view so you can check your street or check the weather at home. I only gave this a 4 star because I've only had this 2 weeks. So far tho, it operates great.

So far device works great and video quality is good. Nice easy access while at work and quick loading with quality reception or wifi

Good video doorbell, but you must purchase $3 a month plan to get really anything but a live view or be notified of a doorbell ring. Don’t like this, but otherwise a great product.

Gave this as a gift and it was a huge success he was just building a new house that is far away from main house so he now can keep an eye on it.

I now feel more secure knowing who's at my door without anyone seeing me. I still can't respond right away unless the person rings the doorbell.

This is so much more than just a door bell. You get to see what is going on out side and know what is going on in your community. It is your helper to the community.

I love that we can see someone coming up the steps before they even get to the door. Whether I’m home or not I can communicate with them!

The entire install took about a half hour including reading the instructions. The view is wide and clear. Very happy with this product.

The doorbell works great right out of the box. The video is really clear. I had to buy the chime to be ale to hear the doorbell inside my home.

Gave it as a gift. But I had to set it up for her. I have an older model and this one is a snap to install/setup.
