Easy to install and connect to WiFi. Great camera and works well on Ring app. I love keeping an eye on my front door when I’m away.

It works as advertised, set up was simple and the video is crystal clear. The advanced notice that someone is approaching our door is great.

Love that I can see at anytime when one rings the doorbell. It could improve if response for motion would be quicker and app response would be quicker when answering doorbell.

Love the battery option, super easy to set up and is easy to use. Do note that you need to sign up for a service to keep videos after a certain time.

The ring doorbell is an easy install. The app is user friendly. The camera is sensitive. Birds will set it off! Video doesn’t last long but I guess long enough.

Nice upgrade from 1st generation you can replace the battery without actually removing de doorbell from the wall

For the price and the annual subscription, its pretty fantastic. The app gets regular updates with cool new features pretty often as well. Only issue is notifications can take a little bit, and some notifications dont come through. Occasionally you will miss the person at the door by the time the app loads and the video stream loads, if its a delivery or something and they walk away quickly. Also since ours faces the sun, it will notify us every time a lens flare moves, but sometimes completely misses things in the yard. For the most part, very solid.

Great product. The doorbell doesn't always make a sound on the outside but I can hear the ring on the inside of the house. Great camera and excellent range.

The camera takes good pictures. There is a delay in the notification so if you don’t have the cloud service to look at what the notification was about, you may miss the alert.

The motion sensor is very sensitive. Until the latest update, it use to go off constantly even with adjusting the distance it could sense. Otherwise an awesome doorbell.

It was easy to setup, install and get going. We use our echo the chime. Additionally, we have a lot of fun being silly on video with it

So yeah, I had the original ring, the motion detection on it was TERRIBLE *Charles Barkley voice*. This one is better, kinda. Still has some of the same probz, not as frequently though.

This company does provide all parts and tools to get job done.rare.just have smart phone to finish install and get it working.

Placed on the porch and works fine. Seems to miss the mail being delivered from time to time though. Don't know why that is. Overall, seems to work as intended.

Works almost always, but sometimes lags a bit/ takes too long to load. Picture quality is good, and it's easy to hear whoever is at your door.
