    The wedge works like it’s supposed to. But I realized after I purchase it that I did not need it therefore I returned it. I had an extra one in the original ring doorbell box it was part of the kit I had originally purchased

    Does exactly what it is suppose to do. The mounting screws should be higher quality. One of the screws broke in half while mounting.

    I love all of my Ring products, but this had the worst instructions. It should have taken 2 min to set up, but the instructions need improvement. The wedge is great if you have steps near it as it cuts out false notifications.

    I didn't want to drill two additional holes in the wall. I drilled threw the points on the corners and used the longer screws that lined up to the existing holes.
