I love it. Easy to set up.. My only recommendation is to buy an extra battery. Depending on your settings, the battery will need charging quickly..

Great product that was very easy to set up. The Ring online application was very easy to use and navigate. Enjoyed the pre roll that comes with this model.

Very easy installation. I use it to get the most video capture I can so my battery life goes down a bit. I recommend getting another battery as a back up.

Not as easy to install as online video and instructions claimed. Box was missing parts. Returned for another unit, but still a part was missing. Gave up trying to install it myself and paid $99 to have someone install the same day (not the Geek Squad who charges significantly more and had a 2 week wait for installation). The device works as advertised, but is extremely sensitive and records motion of cars, rain or wind and, in turn, I receive more than 20 notices a day regarding motion that is detected…that’s both good and bad. It can be time consuming to review all recorded motions that are detected every day.

Good Product. Easy to install but battery drained in less than a month. Perhaps due to winter time. I will be monitoring over spring and summer to see if battery performance improves.

So far, the Ring 3 Plus is working great for us. It hasn't caught anything sketchy, but it does alert us when packages arrive so that they can be retrieved promptly. The install was very easy, and if you're replacing an old doorbell with the low-voltage wiring, you won't need to worry about charging the battery, as it gets what it needs from that circuit. The app (Android) isn't rated as highly as I'd like, but we have just the one doorbell and no other devices, so it seems to work well enough for me.

I've had this for a year and sometime and it is phenomenal, no more unattended packages or stolen packages without at least managing to see who was there.

Ring is by far the best video doorbell I have seen the quality of the video feed is amazing and the app is very easy to use it’s a no brainer

The pre roll feature is a giant improvement, granted it is black and white at first. Problem with older rings were that they started recording a few seconds after motion. This one will save the few seconds before motion. I recommend hardwiring it though as the battery looks to die fairly quickly as I have people going in and out for work (maybe 20 times a day = 1 week battery). Also, when hardwired, battery will look like it goes down to 87 or so, but charge back up to 100 or the next day... think it's set up that way.

Love my ring door bell. Can see quite a bit of area and it is clear. just like a security camera without the cost of monitoring.

I can highly recommend Ring 3 Plus. The Pre roll feature where the entire event can be reviewed is awesome. I also like the adjusting motion sensing area feature where you can focus on areas of concern. It also helps if you can hard wire the unit so battery level is not an issue. The $30 yearly charge for 60 days of events data storage is reasonable. Customer Support is helpful, patient, and thorough. Well done.

This was very simple to install and works great. it gives me a decent visual of who is at the door and notifies me when someone rings my bell.
