Great product! Like the detachable battery. No longer have to remove the entire doorbell to charge.

The video quality in this one is far better than my original Ring Doorbell. This provides a nice piece of mind with all of the porch pirates out there. Now I know when a package arrives and can go get it.

I love the comfort of knowing who is coming to my front door. I get alerted through my app and can quickly check who is there. Very easy to install and use, plus the app is informative and easy to use.

This device works as advertised and the installation was easy completing in just over an hour with drilling, wiring, etc. and clean-up. The initial battery charge that’s required prior to installation took ~8 hours (overnight) to complete. I was replacing a 1st generation Ring device that the previous homeowner had installed. I was not able to just “swap out” units and this newest generation device required a completely new installation. The wire extensions that came with the install kit saved me a trip to the hardware store. Everything you need to complete this project was in the box. This was a well though out kit. Once installed, connection to my wi-fi network was easy using the app along with setup of the online account. One nit, this device is still very sensitive at lowest setting and is being triggered by cars hitting a manhole cover in the street ~25 plus feet away. Video image quality is very good. Audio/microphone is very good, clear and sensitive. I will tie-in other devices later but I’m happy with the purchase and the features the doorbell unit provides. The video doorbell provides great situational awareness and some evidence if things were to go missing.

I'm so glad I bought this doorbell. We had it hardwired so we don't have to depend on the battery. We only use it for the camera. It sees all the way to both corners of the block and across the street clearly. Video is clear. Easy to go back in the history for an event. App was easy to install on cell phone. Would definitely buy again.

Love this purchase! I debated purchasing this since I already have other cameras but decided to take the plunge with Ring and I'm glad I did. I love the clarity of the picture and the wide angle lens. It easily picks up everything in front of my home. It was easy to install and I highly recommend.

Worth the Upgrade. I had the Ring 1 and I was fine with it, but I got tired of having to charge the battery and lose out on some visuals while doing that. This one is more efficient, better picture and definitely worth the purchase.

I purchased this doorbell to replace my Honeywell Home doorbell which constantly lost connection. I was apprehensive at first to purchase a battery powered doorbell because I was afraid that I would need to charge the battery constantly. I have been using the doorbell for 1 month and still at 75% battery power. I have the doorbell connected to Chime as well. Now I get alerts by phone and Chime...the customized ring tones are a bonus. The camera works great, in fact it's far better than our Google Nest cameras for alerting us of visitors actually when they are there and not hours after. The no drill mount (must purchase separately) is brilliant and eliminates the need to drill holes in our vinyl siding. This is one of the best smart home purchases we made.

This doorbell was very easy to install and came with all the tools you need. It has a very clear image that reaches all the way to the road from our driveway and has great night vision as well. The battery life lasts for a great amount of time as well before you have to charge it.

Battery life and video quality are excellent. I feel like the app could be a little more intuitive, but it’s a minor complaint. We originally got the camera to catch package thieves, and also see when or if packages get delivered. It works perfect for that and more.

This ring doorbell is one of the best purchases my wife and I have made. We’re so pleased it works just like the tech told us it would camera is great especially at night and it was easy to install and get working I highly recommend this product

Bought this camera for peace of mind. Installation was not difficult. Took a bit more time to adjust the settings. When facing a busy street I found that the camera was activating every time a vehicle passed by or someone was walking by on the sidewalk. Pulled back the zone so now it only activates when someone gets close to the porch. Did have to add a WiFi extender to get better coverage as I was missing alerts with spotty WiFi coverage during certain times of the day. Video quality is good. Also purchased the Chime Pro to get alerts inside my house. Connects through WiFi to all my Ring cameras. Recommend purchasing a backup battery to have ready to replace existing one since it takes so long to recharge.

This is such a good camera. This camera puts me at ease. I feel much safer when I can see who is at the door also less chance for packages to be stolen.

This is the second ring I’ve bought, the first one lasted 4 years. This one seems to be of a better build quality. I like the fact that you can switch batteries out, the picture quality is very good

I purchased the Ring Doorbell to add security to our Home. Before the doorbell we never new if someone was outside our home with wrong intentions. I also purchased a chime pro to add enhanced security. I set it up for both motion and doorbell using two different chimes to distinguish between the two. I like the fact that you can check on the Ring App what the cameras is capturing both in Photo's and Video. Set up was easy and using the ring app helped.

This thing is awesome. The picture quality is perfect. This camera/door bell is super easy to use and setup.
